pax ea4ff54d9e Add Windows 10 dark mode support via Fusion palette ...

Reads AppsUseLightTheme registry key and applies a dark Fusion
palette when the system is set to dark mode. Fixes Qt6 not
picking up dark theme on Windows 10.
