popout/window: annotate silent excepts

Four silent except-pass sites now either explain the absorbed
failure (mpv mid-transition, close-path cleanup, post-shutdown
video_params access) or downgrade to log.debug with exc_info so
the next debugger has breadcrumbs.

No behavior change.
